Here are some answers to a number of questions we often get asked about
our workshops. We strongly recommend that you read our Terms and Conditions
in detail before booking your place.
JOINING
THE SCHEME
- What does the Scheme cover and how long does each part
take?
- The Scheme comprises of a number of individual and group
learning activities. You will be required to take an active part in
all aspects of the scheme – the questionnaires, the Workshop and online
e-learning. The Workshop takes around 2½ hours to complete and the e-learning
modules each take about 30 mins to complete. All e-learning modules
must be completed within 28 days of completing the Workshop.
- I have special needs, can these be accommodated?
- Yes, please contact our Police Customer Care Team on
0845 345 9623 to discuss your needs on an individual basis.
- Can I attend a Workshop voluntarily, even if I have
not been offered the chance to attend by the Police?
- No. The Workshops are only available to those drivers
referred to us by the Police.
- Is there anything else I need to know?
- Yes. You will need to find access to a computer that
has Internet access so that you can complete a questionnaire before
you book your Workshop place and later on, you can complete the online
e-learning modules.
